Prime Office Space Underway on Cardiff’s Trident Park

Good Relations Wales recently helped Welsh property developer PMG Estates announce its plans to develop 91,000 sq ft of prime office space on its Trident Park scheme in Cardiff Bay – the new office space will be called Maritime Court.

Maritime Court represents the next phase in Trident Park’s development following the creation of a Trade Counter on the site which already counts industrial piping specialists, BSS and insulation specialist Encon (part of Wolseley Group) as tenants. The first offices will be ready by Spring 2009.

Maritime Court will be fulfilling a specific need for Cardiff as the Central Cardiff and Bay areas are suffering from a real lack of small contained, quality office space. PMG Estates is giving people the chance to buy or let anything from 2,675 sq ft to over 6,000 sq ft.
