Hugh James Exchange

Good Relations Wales worked with leading law firm Hugh James to develop the Exchange, a high profile ‘question time' type business event.

Designed to debate the big issues that are important to Wales, the ‘Hugh James Exchange' has now established itself as one of the leading events in the business calendar.

One recent Exchange ‘The Quangos are going — what next?' took place with Andrew Davies, Minister for Economic Development and Transport, and proved extremely popular with more than 250 key opinion formers attending the event.

Panel members joining the minister included Gareth Hall, formerly Chief Executive of the Welsh Development Agency and now Director and of the new Department for Enterprise, Innovation & Networks at the Assembly; David Rosser, Director of the CBI and Jeremy Williams, Partner and Head of Construction and Special Projects at Hugh James.

With previous speakers include Sir Bob Scott, Sir Digby Jones and Wales Millennium Centre Chief Executive, Judith Isherwood this interactive and informative programme has attracted positive feedback about both the format and the content

The Exchange Business Series is chaired by Good Relations Wales MD Noreen Bray and hosted by Hugh James.
