A fluent Welsh speaker, joined Good Relations Wales in 1990 after over 20 years with the BBC. He has a lifetime's experience of press, radio and television journalism, achieving recognition as one of Wales' most respected TV correspondents and presenters. For several years, he anchored the BBC's flagship news programme Wales Today.
He twice won the Award for TV reporter of the year, and was named the British Institute of Management's top regional correspondent. He was also nominated for a BAFTA award for a series of business programmes which he wrote, produced and presented.
Since joining Good Relations Wales, Elfyn, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Institute of Directors, has worked on a wide spectrum of accounts. He uses his years of experience as a leading journalist and broadcaster to advise clients on how to get their message across effectively when talking to press radio and TV journalists.
