Joined Good Relations Wales in 2001 after working with a leading children's charity in the Valleys of South Wales. Her work in PR has involved activities ranging from media relations to event managment and literature and display production.
Jo, a Welsh learner, is committed to lifelong learning having gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology with The Open University and is currently studying for a post-graduate qualification in Marketing.
Jo began her working career with HM Forces (Army) where much of her six years as a regular soldier were spent based at headquarters, where she was involved with welfare of soldiers and their families. Jo also provided training packages for serving soldiers, including crisis management and fitness training.
