Born in Gower, Swansea, Michael John moved into the field of private consultation, specialising in communications and marketing after completing 34 years working at senior level in local government.
The holder of an University of Wales Masters degree in Business Administration, he has considerable personal experience of the Welsh political scene to the highest level and is recognised for his expertise in policy development, change management and simply “making things happen”.
He has extensive expertise and contacts among key members of the National Assembly of Wales. He also has a depth of knowledge in the fields of policy development, the political process and trade unions, event management, education, personnel management, finance, social services, media & public relations and equal opportunities.
