Risk management is at the top of the agenda for all successful organisations. Yet all too often, the risk to an organisation's reputation is omitted from the list of known hazards. However, we all know that even a minor problem can develop into a major headache if organisations don't have systems and resources in place to handle the unexpected.

Crisis and issues management is an area where Good Relations has a great deal of experience - we have handled crisis communications for a range of clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Matters we have dealt with have included medical and clinical negligence cases, major industrial restructuring exercises, employment disputes and child protection cases. As a part of crisis and issues management work, we have engaged with national media, local media, politicians, employees and other stakeholders.

We offer the services of a short-term Rapid Response Team to support your existing in-house staff and can provide a 24/7 dedicated Press Office facility on or off-site as appropriate.
